My name is Misu Loy. I have dreamed of writing romance novels since I was twelve years old and raided my aunt's bookshelf. My parents didn't bat an eyelash at some of the things I was reading, which makes me think they had no clue what absolute smut it was. (Hurray for younger me!)

I published my first novel, Frost and Honey, in the spring of 2023 and haven't looked back. Writing romance is all I've ever wanted to do. To share with the world all of the wonderful characters that have lived inside my head for so long.

Currently, I have a full-time job that isn't writing. My earnest wish is to change that someday, so I can dedicate many more hours to crafting love stories <3

When I'm not working or writing, I'm reading! My favorite books are a lot like what I write: slow burn, enemies-to-lovers, and grumpy-sunshine. Those three tropes, all combined, get me every time.

I also love taking my big, spoiled dogs on walks and spending time with my family. My life is very quiet and simple, but perfect for me. 

Though, when I think about it, it does make me feel a wee bit guilty for all the drama and suffering I put my characters through...
